President Sun, Han Minority, was born on November 12 of 1952 in Shanghai. He is an assistant professor, member of the communist party and instructor of master. In 1977, he studied for bachelor degree of history in Yunnan Normal University and studied for master degree of Northeast Asia history in 1983.

Yang Hongwei, Han minority, is a member of Democratic Advanced Group. She is 42 years old and got the master degree with education.With several years’ educational experience, board chairwoman Yang Hongwei devotes herself to her career. She is seeking the pathway of higher education development bravely.

Liu Xiang is vice-president and vice-secretary of College Party Branch. He graduated from History Department of Yunnan University, major in cultural anthropology. Since 1998, he has ever been working as a head teacher, a secretary of school office, vice-dean of school office etc. Now he is vice-president of Yunnan College of Business Management.

Wu Rui, member of the Communist Party of China, was born in Qujing of Yunnan province in February 1964. He graduated from Tsinghua University with Doctor Degree of Business Administration, and he is assistant professor. He got Bachelor Degree from Physics Department, Yunnan Normal University in July of 1986, and Master Degree in higher education of physics in 1992. He has worked in Qujing Teachers’ College.

Zhao Yun Hai, member of the Communist Party of China, was born in July of 1953. In 1970, he served as a volunteer from Shanghai in rural areas of Yunnan. He was in charge of latex planting in Xishuangbanna, a county of Yunnan Province. In October of 1976, “Gang of Four” was destroyed by the Communist Party of China.

Yang Jun, Han minority, was born in October of 1972. He graduated from Macau Science and Technology University with MBA degree. He is a member of Democratic Progressive Party and college lecturer. He is in charge of students and security affairs as vice-president of Yunnan College of Business Management.

Li Lei, Han minority, was born in June of 1972. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from university with a bachelor degree. Since 1996, he has taken up responsibility as a head teacher, a chief of Students’ Affair Section, a secretary of Communist Youth League, vice-director of the Students' Affairs Division and director of Security Department. Now he is chairman of Labor Union and director of the Students' Affairs Division.
