In order to standardize management affairs of international students, insure the qualities of students and strengthen students’ school rolls, academic qualifications and teaching management, we draft the following regulations.

Chapter 1 Application, enrollment, registration

Section One Requiements of recruiting

The person who is well-behaved, healthy and between 16 to 50 years old can apply to study in YCBM. The applicant should obey Chinese laws and college’s rules and regulations.
1 Preparatory Course for Chinese Language & Short-term advanced study
The applicant should have record of high school as China at least.
2 Junior college student
The applicant should have record of high school as China at least with HSK 3. The applicant should take preparatory course for chinese language in our college first if he/she has not met the requirement. After passing HSK examination, the applicant can enter the level of junior college.

Ps. If the certificates supplied are not written in Chinese or English, the applicant need supply notarized translation files in Chinese or English.

Section Three Application Time

Apply three months ahead of enrollment
Spring term: end of February every year
Autumn term: beginning of September every year

Section Four Enrolled Ways

1 The applicant can download International Student Application Form for Yunan College of Business Management and Physical Test Form from website www.ynjgy.com. After filling out, the applicant can mail it with other materials and enrollment fee 250yuan RMB to our college. The address is 296 Haitun Road, Wuhua District, Kunming City Yunnan province, China. In addition, the applicant should send The Application Form to our email ynjgy@yahoo.com.cn.
2 After examining, we will send Notice of Admission and JW202 Form to you one and a half month before enrollment.
3 The person accepted need to go to Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country with your Notice of Admission and JW202 Form to apply visa. If you come to study over 4 months, you should apply X visa and under 4 months F visa.
4 The person accepted should enroll on time in YCBM with X/F visa, Notice of Admission, JW202 Form and original Physical Test Form and apply Residential Permit in 30 days after arriving.
