The Faculty of Architectural Engineering believes that by creating a good atmosphere of learning it can help students to excel. With this philosophy and by maintaining a positive relationship with companies involved in construction, real estate and water management the department is generously funded. By the year or 2010, companies had invested 400 million RMB in the college for training equipment, a building construction materials laboratory, a building mechanics laboratory, a project cost estimation room, an engineering surveying room, real estate and a comprehensive training room. Upon completion of their academic modules there is scope for students to receive hands on work experience through these companies, therefore striking a perfect balance between academic and professional skill training. In recent years, graduates from the Department of Architecture and Engineering Management have maintained a 100% employment rate. In 2010, the college recruited more than 3300 new students.
