Li Lei, Han minority, was born in June of 1972. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from university with a bachelor degree. Since 1996, he has taken up responsibility as a head teacher, a chief of Students’ Affair Section, a secretary of Communist Youth League, vice-director of the Students' Affairs Division and director of Security Department. Now he is chairman of Labor Union and director of the Students' Affairs Division.
He has been working in Yunnan College of Business Management for more than ten years. He is working hard and researching with great concentration. Meanwhile, he is pioneering and innovative. He insists the conceptions that regard education as a core, management as a basis, activity as a carrier and service as a tenet. He inspires the improvement of the students’ management. He zealously researches the rules of students’ management and establishes the special mode for students’ management. He was awarded the title of "Excellent Worker of Party Affairs" and “Excellent Individual in Sports”.
