Zhao Yun Hai, member of the Communist Party of China, was born in July of 1953. In 1970, he served as a volunteer from Shanghai in rural areas of Yunnan. He was in charge of latex planting in Xishuangbanna, a county of Yunnan Province. In October of 1976, “Gang of Four” was destroyed by the Communist Party of China. Then the system of the National Entrance Examination was renewed. He took the Entrance Examination and got admission to History Department, Yunnan Normal University. He graduated in 1982 and then was assigned to teach in NO.13 Middle School. He was familiar with the text books of high junior school and high senior school. As a head teacher, he had his own teaching methods and was innovative. He was respected by all his students.
In 1989, he worked in Yunnan Disabled Persons’ Federation. In 2002, with government structure reforming policy, he strove for and got the opportunity of retirement earlier. Then he has been working in Yunnan College of Business Management till now.
37-year-work makes him rich in social experience. Recently, he is in charge of career instruction, logistics etc. He is a really experienced educator.
